All shipments come with a tracking number to conveniently track your shipment online.

Once you place your order, it will be sent out within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirming the shipment as soon as your order is dispatched.

Our shipping and returns services are always provided free of charge worldwide.

The European Union

For orders within the European Union, the applicable VAT rate will be based on the customer's shipping country. There will be no additional duties imposed upon arrival in the destination country.

The Rest of The World

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties will be charged based on the specific country of residence. The carrier will contact you regarding any additional charges or customs clearance required, which will be the recipient's responsibility. This could cause a delay in the delivery process. 

Returns are always free and are done seamlessly on the return portal.

Returns must adhere to the following:

• You have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return
• Must be in original packaging
• No signs of wash/wear
• Tags must not be damaged or removed
• No stains/hairs/odors
• Underwear and swimwear are final sale and can not be returned
• Items on sale are final

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
